ECoR holds grievance redressal camp

A ‘grievance redressal camp’ was organised by the Chief Personnel Officer (Admin.) Prabhat of East Coast Railway to solve the grievances related to issues of the railway employees working in the Koraput-Kirandul Section of Waltair Division, at Koraput on Saturday.

The Divisional Officers reviewed more than 250 Service Records out of 575 Service Records they had carried with them in presence of the employees. The staff having doubts in grievances like salary, allowances, tax-related issues were cleared on the spot by the Personnel Branch officials.

The camp was organised at Koraput railway station premises from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to solve the grievance related issues of staff of various departments like Operations, Mechanical, Electrical, Commercial and Signal & Telecom.

Divisional Personnel Officer K.S.N. Raju, Assistant Personnel Officer Venkateswara Rao and Welfare Inspectors conducted the camp, according to B. Rammohan Rao, Divisional Commercial Manager of Waltair Division.
