Dutch team impressed by city school

A delegation students from The Netherlands were impressed by the discipline and knowledge of students during a visit on Wednesday.

The delegation of 15 Dutch students accompanied by professor of Adjuncep N.N. Business School of The Netherlands Rozer Rammar spent half a day with the students of Srikrishna Vidya Mandir here on Wednesday. The delegation, accompanied by chairman of Round Table India 92 Waltair Rajeev Agarwal, and area manager Riaz Khan, was given a traditional welcome accompanied by band. Secretary Bharateey Vidya Kendram K.Ranga Rao was present on the occasion.

The delegation was impressed by the school prayer chanted by the students and speech given by Class X student Keerthana on the role of youth in building a strong nation. Their interest was aroused in Vedic Mathematics after a presentation on it by Ch.Nikhila.

Waltair Round Table 92 which extended financial help for the construction of additional class rooms in the existing school building has appreciated the work which is in progress, according school principal TVS Rao in a statement issued here.
