Nyayavadi Parishad passed two resolutions on the valedictory day of their 5th annual State conference here on Sunday and called upon those who make remarks on Ayodhya judgment not to make accusations against judges, democracy or courts as they could confuse people.
Expert panel
The court formed an expert committee to give its viewpoint from historical and archaeological perspective and went through all the papers filed by both the parties to arrive at a decision as is done in original title civil suits and these should not be got confused with writ petitions under article 226 or article 32.
Conclusions of the judges and interpretation of the judgments was too complex and cannot be dismissed in an off-the-cuff remark, the body opined.
Kashmir row
In its second resolution it touched upon the Kashmir issue, which they said was integral part of India and shall continue to be part of Indian Union. It asked the advocates' community to participate in the Janjagaran movement to be taken up from October 26 the day of accession of Kashmir to India.
While the first resolution was moved by Ramana Murthy of Kovvuru, the second one was moved by Vajjjala Chandrasekhar of Tirupati.
