Vice Admiral R.K .Dhowan, Deputy Chief of Naval Staff, accompanied by Mrs. Minu Dhowan, arrived Visakhapatnam on Wednesday on a three-day visit to the Eastern Naval Command. The Flag Officer called on Vice Admiral Anup Singh, Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief at the Headquarters, Eastern Naval Command.
Later, he visited the Joint Operations Center (Visakhapatnam) and other Naval establishments of the Command. Ms. Minu Dhowan interacted with the members of the NWWA Committee and is also scheduled to attend a Milan hosted in her honour.
