Three-day community Sankranti festival concluded in Ward 25 in the One Town area on Saturday. Prizes were given away to winners of various competitions.
The celebrations, organised by the Yuva Bharat Force, got off on Thursday with a number of events such as dance competitions, singing performance by professionals.
On the second day, there was a kite festival near St Aloysius High School.
On Saturday, there were competitions in rangoli drawing and traditional cooking.
Prizes given away
Prizes were given away to contestants at the venue by president of the Yuva Bharat Force Sadiq Mohammed, a statement issued here said.
