Commitment key tosuccess: RINL chief

Commitment and punctuality are two personality traits that would help youth go up in their career, P. Madhusudan, Chairman and Managing Director of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, told management trainees.

He called upon them to work with commitment and dedication to emerge as role models in the Indian steel industry. “RINL is one of the fastest growing companies and is well known in the industry for its brand leadership and techno-economic supremacy,” he said.

He was the chief guest at a ‘cultural nite’ organised by the ‘August 2013 Batch MTs’ at Technical Training Institute (TTI) auditorium on Sunday.

He briefed them about the commissioning activities, joint ventures and the future grown plans of the company. He mentioned that RINL has plans to enrich its product basket with introduction of flat products in the next phase of expansion to 12 mtpa.

Congratulated

While congratulating the Management Trainees on starting their career at the right place and at right time, the CMD said success totally depends on how one contributes and excels.

RINL was professionally managed and earning profits since 2002 and emerging as a world class company soon, he said and advised them to focus on innovative ways of working, maximisation of productivity and good house keeping and safety, among others.

Director (operations) Umesh Chandra and Director (personnel) Y.R. Reddy and senior officials of the plant were present.

The Management Trainees presented various dance performances including a mime and road safety etc, which enthralled the audience.
