Collector M. Veerabrahmaiah flagged off a rally taken out from RTC complex to DM and HO Office on the occasion of World Population Day on Sunday. Students from various schools of nursing participated in the rally.
Later, speaking at the meeting, Mr. Veerabrahmaiah asked medical and health staff to achieve targets set for family planning and immunisation. Later, the Collector gave away awards to the best medical officers and nurses and winners in elocution and essay writing competition. Deputy DM and HO Visweswara Rao was present.
