The Civil Supplies Department will open 24 more retail petrol outlets all over the State, Civil Supplies Minister Paritala Sunita has said. It will help create employment to more youth. As of now two retail outlets are being run by the department. Ms. Sunita made a surprise inspection of the India Oil Corporation’s retail outlet, opposite the Port Stadium, on the national highway on Sunday. She said stern action would be taken against petrol outlets indulging in irregularities. She instructed officials of the Legal Metrology to make regular inspections of the retail outlets.
