N. Ahladita and J.V. Mehdana of Class IX of Sri Prakash Vidyaniketan grabbed second runners-up title at Spark 2014-2015, an annual science quiz contest, organised by Dr. K.V. Rao Scientific Society.
Of all the 41 projects put up by students from various States, the duo got recognised for inventing automatic wheelchair using gesture project. Apart from a cash award of Rs.5,000, the team will receive a trophy as part of the prize. School director Ch. Vasu Prakash and the staff appreciated the students for bringing glory to the school.
