VUDA will conduct the process of draw of lots on February 23 for the allottees who sought change of category of units in its Harita housing project at Endada. VUDA Vice-Chairman N. Yuvaraj said the requests for change of category from applicants who cleared dues up to the fifth instalment would be considered and restricted to only from among the 49 units that fell vacant following some people opting out.

Of the allottees, 114 have to still clear the fourth and fifth instalments. The allottees are given time to pay the sixth and the last instalment up to April 30. The details have been placed on VUDA website www.vuda.gov.in.

A separate notification would be given for allotting the remaining available units in Haritha project after completion of change of categories, Dr. Yuvaraj said. Meanwhile, the last date for submitting applications online for participation in the auction of VUDA Row Housing units was extended up to March 10.
