BSNL monthly customer meet

BSNL is conducting its monthly customer’s meet on fourth Monday at its various offices in the district.

Customers whose grievances have not been settled through normal channels regarding non-functioning of telephones, delay in shifting of telephones, delay in provision of new phone connections and excess metering complaints can be resolved by representing their issues in person, BSNL Senior General Manager Telecom District P. Nagaraju said.

The customers can meet the officials between 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

The officials have been directed to try and resolve the grievances on the spot and in case of any issue to address it within 10 days, he added.

Customers from Akkayyapalem, Arilova, Sagar Nagar, CRR, Dabagardens, Gitam, Kirlampudi, Lalithanagar, MVP Colony, Madhurawada, Narasimhnagar, Pandurangapuram, Seethammadhara and Velampeta telephone exchanges can meet the officers at Seethammadhara Telephone Exchange.

Customers from Industrial Estate, Madhavadhara, Pendurty, NAD, Gopalapatnam, Adivivaram can approach the officials at the Industrial Estate Telephone Exchange. Customers from Balacheruvu, Kurmannapalem, Mindi, Pedagantyada, Steel Plant, Malkapuram and Navy Telephone Exchange Areas can go to Mindi Telephone Exchange. BSNL customers from areas in and around Anakapalle, Yelamanchili and Narsipatnam can go to BSNL telephone exchange at Anakapalle. Customers from Bheemunipatnam, INS Kalinga, Kapuluppada, Tagarapuvalasa, Anandapuram, Revidi, Reddypalli and Sontyam exchange areas can meet the officials at Bheemunipatnam telephone exchange, for billing complaints they are requested to visit DE (N) Visakhapatnam.

Customers from Chodavaram town area and Chowdivada, Devarapalli, JD Peta, KJ Puram, K Kotapadu, Madugula, Ravikamatam, Vaddaadi, Varahapuram, Araku, Anantagiri, G Madugula, Hukumpeta, Munchingput, Paderu and Pedabayalu exchange areas should meet the officials at Chodavaram telephone exchange and for billing complaints they have to meet DE (Central) Visakhapatnam. Customers from A Sarbhavaram, Chintapalli, D Yerravaram, G Koduru, Golugonda, KD Peta, Kotaurutla, Kothakota, Koyyuru, Lothugedda, RV Nagar, Sileru, Vemulapudi telephone exchanges should take their grievances to officials at Narsipatnam Telephone Exchange, for billing complaints the customers need to meet the DE Ankapalle.
