Chief City Planner D. Venkataratnam has appealed to the Building Penalisation Scheme (BPS) applicants to get their buildings regularised by submitting copies of the building plan and structure stability certificate along with the requisite fee.
He said BPS would soon come to an end and appealed to owners to get their buildings regularised at the earliest.
Mr. Venkatratnam said notices were already issued to the BPS applicants and the regularisation orders would be issued after receipt of the applications. Deputy City Planner Ramakrishna Reddy, Assistant City Planner Srinivasa Rao and other Town Planning officials handed over the regularisation orders to 50 applicants of Sita Towers, Sarada Towers and other apartments in FACOR Layout under the aegis of the ward corporator Alla Srinivas on Wednesday.
