A boy was injured in the eye when he was accidentally hit by a bullet fired from a country-made pistol at Gullepalli village near Sabbavaram on the outskirts of the city on Tuesday.
N. Yerri Naidu (11) was injured when a bird shooter missed his aim and hit by the boy. The boy was admitted to a hospital, where his condition was said to be serious. The Sabbavaram police were investigating the case.
