The second edition of Vizag Bay Marathon will be held on beach road on December 23 under the joint aegis of Disease Eradication through Education and Prevention (DEEP) and Prime Life Sports Association. Supported by the State Government and several film celebrities, the first edition had evoked a good response last year. An organiser said their aim was to promote love, compassion and passion for Visakhapatnam as well as create preventive awareness on various diseases.
The event will have 21.5K, 10K and 5K categories.
