VUDA is conducting open auction for 74 plots in 12 layouts and 44 plots in Sontyam layout on Saturday and Sunday at Swarna Bharathi Indoor Stadium.
Auction for 64 residential category plots in Cyber Valley Sector-I and II, Madhurawada Government lands layout, Chinamushidiwada, MVP, Kummaripalem, Adibhatlanagar, Bheemunipatnam, Kapuluppada VUDA- Chilukuri joint venture and Kanapaka Ayyanapeta layouts will be held from 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Auction for one school site and two commercial plots in Kurmannapalem Town Centre layout and seven commercial plots in Kapuluppada VUDA- Chilukuri joint venture layout will continue on Sunday from 10 a.m. Auction for the remaining 44 plots in Sontyam layout will take place from 3 p.m. on Sunday.
On administrative reasons, six more plots were deleted from the present auction. An odd bit in MVP layout, Plot No.4 in Bheemunipatnam, 219 C in Kapuluppada VUDA-Chilukuri joint venture and 23, 36, 44 and 45 in Madhurawada Government lands layout were deleted.
