The open auction for 240 plots in 13 layouts will be conducted on June 28 and 29. Auction for plots in Sontyam layout will be held on June 28 and for plots in the remaining layouts on the next day, according to VUDA Vice-Chairman N. Yuvaraj. Applications will be accepted online till June 10.
On Friday, 300 applications were received with 15,292 options for the plots in 13 layouts in Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram districts.
Plots in Sontyam layout were given highest number of options by the 170 applicants. With multiple options allowed, 13,669 options were given by the applicants for 165 plots in the Sontyam layout.
Next to Sontyam, options were given for plots in Cyber Valley Sector- I, Sector-II and Madhurawada Government lands layouts and others. Sontyam layout lies on Anandapuram- Pendurthi State Highway 7 km. from Anandapuram junction. The venue of auction will be intimated to the applicants later.
Draw of lots for allotment of units in Haritha Housing Project will be conducted on June 22 morning and auction for allotment of Rushikonda Row Housing in the afternoon.
Applications for allotment of 50 units in MIG and LIG category units in Haritha Project will be accepted online till June 12. For details, visit VUDA website www.vuda.gov.in.
