The last date for submitting online applications for Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET)-2014 and AU Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET)-2014 without fine is April 15 and April 21 with a late fee of Rs.1,000.

Director of AU Directorate of Admissions O. Aniel Kumar, in a press release on Friday, said candidates who registered themselves online but had not yet paid the registration fee through online or challan should pay the same at the earliest without waiting till April 15 since the last day was preceded by Saturday, on which day banks work half day, Sunday, and Monday, a holiday on account of Dr. Ambedkar’s birth anniversary.

Admissions into PG courses offered by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Etcherla (Srikakulam), would also be made based on the AUCET- 2014 rank, and candidates seeking admission into Dr. Ambedkar University should appear for AUCET, Prof. Aniel Kumar said.

The online application for AUCET and AUEET is available on the websites — www.audoa.in and www.andhrauniversity.edu.in — and applying online is mandatory for courses into which admission will be made without AUCET or AUEET-2014 ranks.

List of courses offered by AU and Dr. Ambedkar University and admission information brochure are available on the websites. Schedule of examinations, seat distribution, and fee structure will be intimated later.

Application registration and processing fee is Rs.350 for AUCET and Rs-600 for AUEET. Bank commission will be extra.

The entrance tests will be conducted at Visakhapatnam, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Bhimavaram, Vijayawada, and Guntur.

Candidates are required to keep with them their mobile phone, AUCET/AUEET information brochure and guidelines, documents of personal details, academic records, and softcopies of scanned passport photo and signature.
