Mazagon Dock Ship Builders Ltd Executive Director (HR) Kishore Chandra Das has joined the Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited as its new Director (Personnel).
After he assumed charge on Monday, RINL Chairman-cum-Managing Director P. Madhusudan congratulated Mr. Das and wished him success.
Mr. Das served in Mazagon Dock Ship Builders Ltd, a PSU under the Ministry of Defence, as ED (HR) for a little over five years. Prior to this, he also served in Gas Authority of India Limited and in its joint venture in various capacities in HR domain for over 15 years.
Mr. Das has experience of 29 years in core HR with proven track record.
During his long service, he had provided leadership in all facets of human resource management and constantly strived for process improvements, according to an RINL release.
