Chairman-cum-managing director of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited P. Madhusudan has been conferred the ‘CA Business Leader’ award for his outstanding contribution to business in terms of wealth creation, change management, innovation in business practices, social responsibility and corporate governance.
Mr. Madhusudan received the award in Chennai from Tamil Nadu Minister for Education, Sports and Youth Welfare K. Pandiyarajan at a function organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Committee for Professional Accountants in Business and Industry.
Only CMDs, CEOs, presidents and MDs are eligible for the award.
The award is finalised through a three-stage selection process and the jury comprises eminent personalities, leading businessmen, industrialists, university heads and past-presidents of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
