The students of Montessori formed a human chain as part of the programmes being held in every revenue district as a prelude to World Telugu Conference (WTC) being held in Tirupati in the last week of the month. Vijayawada RDO S. Venkata Rao joined the human chain and participated in the programme.

Addressing the students Mr. Venkata Rao said under the influence of Western countries mother tongue was being neglected. He said the WTC was a great opportunity to pay attention to Telugu and enrich it.
