Jana Sena Party (JSP) president Pawan Kalyan on Sunday said he was prepared to suspend cinema shootings in his quest to find solution to people’s problems, and asserted that he was acting for the sake of his family and others dependent on him and not just to earn.
Mr. Pawan Kalyan made it clear that he was going to contest the elections from Anantapur, notwithstanding the hurdles that may be strewn in the path, and announced that he would undertake a padayatra soon to highlight the problems being faced by the people in the region.
Addressing content writers and analysts recruited from Anantapur district at the party office in Hyderabad, Mr. Kalyan said he would fight against injustices meted to the people till his last breath, and sought to know whether there were “full-time, dedicated politicians” who did not amass wealth.
Stating that he had utmost respect for the film field, Mr. Pawan Kalyan asserted that he would spare enough time for campaigning on issues of public concern.
