The course will begin with an introductory talk, which is open for all, between 6 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. This will be followed by a class, for those joining the course, from 7.45 p.m. to 9 p.m.

For the next three days, classes will be conducted in three different timings: 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. There will be classes the entire day on Sunday, the final day of the course.

The course has been structured to promote ‘beneficial changes in inner chemistry', leading to enhanced productivity, creativity, efficiency, heightened concentration, better memory and decision-making capabilities.

Stress-free living and joyful relationships, the stimulation of physical, mental and emotional block release will be some of the outcome of the course, the organisers said.
