: District Collector Babu A. said underground electrical cabling of global standards is to be done along the Krishna Pushkar ghats and Kanaka Durga flyover, to last for a long time to come.
At a review meeting on Pushkar arrangements here on Saturday, Mr. Babu said high tension lines have to be laid underground from the zero-km at the flyover which is under construction and Prakasam Barrage and high standards complied with.
Officials of AP-Transco and SPDCL told the Collector that box – type decks have to be constructed for laying the UG cables and sought cooperation from other departments concerned.
