Representatives of the Telangana State Power Utilities Relieved Employees Joint Action Committee on Tuesday met Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu seeking intervention in resolving their problems.

JAC Convenor N. Giridhar told Mr. Naidu employees with AP nativity were relieved from duties in June last by TS power utilities and since then they have been facing severe problems. He said that the AP power utilities too were not willing to absorb them depriving them of salaries for months.

“As per the interim order by the Supreme Court we are getting salaries now but postings have not been given. We were asked to sign in the registers at TS power utilities but no postings are given till date which is a humiliation for us,” he said.

The Joint Action Committee urged Mr. Naidu to take the initiative and address their problems.
