Training programmes for unemployed youth

The Mission for Elimination of Poverty in Municipal Areas (MEPMA) of the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation and Dr. Reddy's Foundation (DRF) are jointly organising a three-month-long training programme for unemployed youth in the city.

Courses in automobile servicing, marketing, hotel management, call centre training and computers would be offered for candidates belonging to the city and coming from economically backward families. They should be aged between 18 years and 35 years. The candidates should have a minimum educational qualification of 10th class.

In addition to these courses, candidates will get training in spoken English and the employment will be provided for the successful candidates at the end of the training. Candidates should register their names at IKP-URBAN UPADHI LABS office, Arandal municipal complexfrom August 1 to 8.
