Youth must use Marxism and Leninism as effective tools to enhance their awareness level on social issues and solve people's grievances accordingly, said senior journalist C. Raghavachari on Wednesday.

Speaking on “Electoral Reforms: Need for Elections” as part of a two-day training camp for leaders and cadre of All-India Youth Federation (AIYF) which commenced in the city on Tuesday, Mr. Raghavachari said youth must play a decisive, constructive and meaningful role in society-building activity.

The event was coordinated by AIYF leaders K. Suresh and N. Sambasiva Rao. Party leader Suryadevara Nageswara Rao and V. Ramprasad also spoke on the occasion.

CPI national leader E. Nagaeswara Rao threw light on some of the Government policies that may attract sustained agitations in the days to come.
