The controversial film title Bezawada Rowdilu, which generated a lot of heat in the city here, has finally been changed by the film-maker Ramgopal Varma. Now the title of the movie is only ‘Bezawada'.
In a short communication to the mediapersons on Friday on his decision to change the name of the movie, Mr. Varma refused to give any reason for that, but said he was the only person, who knew the cause behind change of mind.
Shooting of the movie was stopped for some time and several politicians from the city had opposed the title and also had apprehensions that it was based on their personal life story.
