The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) sees an unholy nexus between Congress and YSR Congress in submitting a memorandum to the President on bifurcation of the State.

Addressing a press conference here on Sunday, Mylavaram MLA and TDP district president Devineni Umamaheswara Rao said that wives and relatives of Congress and YSR Congress leaders had submitted a common memorandum to the President. It was enough to prove both parties were hand in glove. The YSR Congress leaders had wanted to send signals to the people that they were sailing with the Congress. Hence, they had gone along with the Congress leaders to submit the memorandum, he alleged, and demanded an explanation form the YSR Congress. TDP BC Cell president Veeranki Venkata Gurumurthy, Urban TNTUC general secretary Mamillapalli Ramaswamy were also present.
