The Telugu Desam Party has alleged that the Government has provided incomplete and illogical information on State bifurcation. It also expressed the view that six more weeks were required to discuss the Telangana Bill.

Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, Mylavaram MLA and TDP district president Devineni Umamaheswara Rao said that the Government has utterly failed in providing the information sought by the MLAs. There were no details of assets in Hyderabad.

The government also provided information in an irresponsible manner regarding power scenario. Just 6 days left to discuss the Bill, and only 5 MLAs could air their views on the subject while the strength was 294.

Another six weeks were required for holistic discussion, he said, adding, the TDP would make a demand in this regard.

YSRC should make its stand clear and also whether they would take part in the discussion or not, he said.

TTD issue

Referring to cases slapped against the devotees by the TTD, he said that TTD Board should be ashamed of foisting cases against the devotees. TTD EO and Chairman should tender apologies, he said.
