Leaders of the Telugu Desam and the Congress parties are planning to prevent bail for YSR Congress president Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy, said YSRC city central in-charge P. Gowtham Reddy.

Addressing a press conference here on Sunday, Mr. Reddy alleged that the aim of the TDP leaders’ Delhi tour was to scuttle the chances of getting bail to Mr. Jagan. As the Opposition party was colluded with the ruling Congress party, TDP leaders are not taking up any agitations on petrol and cooking gas price hikes, he alleged.

Mr. Chandrababu Naidu, who divided N.T. Rama Rao’s family, has decided to split the State and issued a letter giving the party’s consent to bifurcate the State, he alleged.

YSRC city official spokesman Y. Srinivas, convener L. Sunitha and others were present.
