The EGMM imparts 120 training programmes in 16 sectors including construction, fashion designing, cellphone repair and etc. The duration of the programmes vary from a month to six month. Self employment generation programmes are also part of the training courses. Apart from in-house programmes in construction, security services, EGMM has tied up with partners like National Academy of Construction, CMC Ltd, Tally India Pvt Ltd, NIIT, Hyderabad Gems and etc.

The survey would be done by job resource persons drafted by the DRDA and EGMM. A skill development centre is also likely to be set up at Tullur by the GMR group.
