Students visit Jakkampudi colony

Students of Siddhartha Engineering College visited the Jakkampudi Housing Colony to study the construction of the houses there for 15 days.

The 13 Civil Engineering Students made a study of the project for a fortnight and prepared a project report.

The students collected the technical details about the project and all aspects of construction and project implementation for incorporating in the final report.

Vijayawada Municipal Corporation Housing Project Manager K. Vijayakumar supervised the study tour of the students during which they made of all aspects of construction.

They made special notes on the Underground Drainage, sewage lines, water pipelines, road laying, construction of marketyard, school building, and other amenities.

All the students would be preparing their own project reports incorporating their own observations.
