The State government has neglected proper supply of essential goods through the public distribution system and many of the ration card holders were unable to get sufficient quantum of goods required. Making this observation, Communist Party of India (Marxist) State committee member Ch. Baburao at a press conference here on Tuesday said several eligible people were denied ration cards in the name of weeding out of bogus cards.
