Sreemitra Townships Private Limited, a Hyderabad-based real estate firm that completed several projects during the last two decades, is venturing into the city market for the first time with ‘Sreemitra Jewel', an apartment complex at Srinivasa Nagar, Tadigadapa. The apartment complex coming up just opposite the V.R. Siddhartha Engineering College, abutting Bandar Road, will set a new benchmark in luxury living in the city, said M.V. Chowdary, managing director, and G. Ramakrishna, director, constructions, on Saturday. They told a press conference that the ground breaking ceremony will be performed on Monday noon by Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna Jeeyar Swami. There will be a total of 100 two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments of deluxe quality coming up on an area of 1.3 acres. There will be a separate club house attached to the apartment complex, which will be a first of its kind in the city, Mr. Chowdary said. “The initial response was very good, with about 52 flats already booked,” said Mr. Ramakrishna.
