Shift as per schedule, says Narayana

Municipal Administration Minister P. Narayaana has said that Secretariat employees and officials should relocate to the temporary Secretariat at Velagapudi in Guntur district as per the directions of the Chief Minister.

At a press conference here on Friday, Mr. Narayana said that the two floors at the temporary Secretariat would be completed by June 20. The employees and officials should come over here by June 27.

The presidential orders regarding nativity of the employees were also issued, he said. Referring to developed plots for farmers in the Capital city area, he said that the AP CRDA would allot the plots through lottery system from June 20.

Meanwhile, members of the Andhra Pradesh Gazetted Employees’ Forum submitted memorandum to Mr. Naidu at his camp office here. Later, speaking to reporters, forum’s representatives Gopalakrishna, Patel, G.S. Rao, and Padmavathi said that they had no objection to shift to Amaravati if the government resolved their problems.
