Another seminar on 'foreign investment-self reliance' would be organised at 3 p.m. All India Insurance Employees Association national president Amanulla Khan, Bank Employees Federation of India national general secretary Pradeep Biswas, All India Bank Employees Association national secretary B. S. Rambabu would address the gathering.
