SCR to run special trains from Guntur

In an attempt to clear the extra rush of passengers, especially on the unreserved segment during weekends and concluding days of summer vacation, the South Central Railway has decided to operate special trains to various destinations.

Secunderabad – Kakinada Town Jan Sadharan Special train (07015) will leave Secunderabad station at 10.40 p.m. on June 13 (Friday) and reach Kakinada Town at 11 a.m. on the next day (June 14).

Kakinada Town – Guntur Jan Sadharan Express (07209) will leave Kakinada town at 1 p.m. on June 14 and arrive at Guntur at 7.15 p.m. on the same day.

Similarly Guntur – Kakinada Town Jan Sadharan Special train (07210) will depart from Guntur at 10.10 p.m. on June 14 and reach Kakinada Town at 5.20 a.m. on the next day. Kakinada Town- Secunderabad Jan Sadharan Special train (07106) will leave Kakinada Town station at 7.15 p.m. on June 15 and arrive at Secunderabad at 9.45 a.m. on June 16.

These trains will have only unreserved compartments on all its 16 coaches, according to a press release from C. Ramakrishna, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, SCR (Guntur).
