SCR to run 52 special trains

South Central Railway will run 52 summer special trains between various destinations as per the following schedule from April to June in order to clear extra rush of passengers:

Machilipatnam-Secunderabad-Machilipatanam Special Trains (16 services): Train No. 07049 Machilipatnam-Secunderabad Summer Special will depart Machilipatnam at 9.30 p.m. on April 7, 14, 21, 28, May 5, 12, 19, and 26, and arrive at Secunderabad at 5.55 a.m. the next day. It will arrive/depart Vijayawada at 12.10 p.m./12.30 p.m. In the opposite direction, Train No.07050 Secunderabad-Machilipatnam Special will depart Secunderabad at 6.30 a.m. on April 8, 15, 22, 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27 and arrive at Machilipatnam at 2.35 p.m. the same day. It will arrive/depart Vijayawada at 11.35 p.m./11.50 p.m.

Trains will stop at Chilakalapudi, Pedana, Kavutaram, Gudlavalleru, Gudiwada, Vijayawada, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Warangal and Kazipet stations.

Guntur-Tirupati-Guntur Special Trains (18 services): Train No. 07230 Tirupati-Guntur Summer Special train will depart Tirupati on April 5, 12, 19, 26, May 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31, 9 a.m. and arrive at Guntur at 6 p.m. the same day. In the return direction, Train No. 07229 Guntur-Tirupati Summer Special train will depart Guntur on April 5, 12, 19, 26, May 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31 at 9.30 p.m. and arrive at Tirupati at 5.50 a.m. the next day. These trains will stop at Renigunta, Srikalahasti, Venkatagiri, Gudur, Nellore, Kavali, Ongole, Chirala, Bapatla and Tenali in both the directions.

Vijayawada-Lingampalli Special Trains: (18 Services): Train No. 07207 Vijayawada –Lingampalli Special Train will depart Vijayawada at 10 p.m. on April 4,11, 18 & 25, May 2, 9, 16, 23 & 3 (9 Services) and arrive at 5.30 a.m. at Lingampalli the next day. In the return direction, Train No. 07208 Lingampalli-Vijayawada Special train will depart Lingampalli at 10 p.m. April 5, 12, 19 & 26.
