Southern Power Distribution Company Limited has announced revised power cut timings in Vijayawada operational circle (Krishna district) from April 7 due to the change in schedule of 10 class examinations.
The changed load relief timings, according to a press release by Superintending Engineer B. Mohan Krishna, are 7.30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. to 3 p.m. in Vijayawada Municipal Corporation, 6 a.m. to 7.30 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. to 3 p.m. in Machilipatnam municipality, 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. in all municipalities (excluding Machilipatnam) and 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. in mandal headquarters.
Pre-arranged shutdownThere will be no power supply in the following areas from 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. on April 5 due to maintenance and rectification of lines on 11Kv J.D Nagar feeder:
RR Gardens, High School Road, Rythu Bazar Area, Pantakaluva Road, Ashram Street, P&T Colony-III and Y.V. Rao Street, according to a press release by Divisional Electrical Engineer M. Siva Prasad Reddy.
