Film star and Movie Artistes Association honorary president M. Murali Mohan inaugurated DRR Aims Properties Pvt. Ltd., a real estate firm, here on Thursday.
He said that the investments on land was best way of savings. There were no instances where people incurred losses by investing on land. However, there were some exceptions. Those who have purchased plots or lands with no clear title deeds, illegal ventures, has no permissions from requisite authorities might have landed in troubles. The people should study the background of the firm, promoters, whether the venture has met all legalities, he said.
Mr. Murali Mohan, at the same time, said that the realtors should not look for profits at very first venture itself. They should try to win the hearts of people by providing class apart infrastructure like roads, and facilities. The word of mouth of satisfied customer was biggest publicity, he said.
DRR Aims chairman and managing director D. Ranga Rao said that it was their third branch in the State. The people have well received their ventures at places like Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam.
