Policemen told to work with commitment

Superintendent of Police Kanti Rana Tata, who has been transferred to Chittoor, called upon policemen to discharge their designated duties with diligence and commitment in tune with the aspirations of the people.

He was speaking at a felicitation function organised in his honour by the district Armed Reserve police wing at the district police headquarters here on Thursday. Recalling his 13-month tenure in district, Mr. Kanti Rana exhorted the police personnel to maintain the same tempo in offering their services with discipline and dedication. Earlier, he inspected the guard of honour given by the AR police personnel on the occasion. ASP (Administration) Ramchandra Rao spoke.
