Chairman of Selection Committee of BCCI, M.S.K. Prasad on Wednesday complimented Busireddy Narendra Reddy, city-based orthopaedic surgeon for being recognised by World Record Academy for performing 10 joint replacement knee surgeries on a single day.
Mr. Prasad, who was here to attend the ACA Inter Schools Final Cricket Tournament at JKC College grounds, said that the achievement of Dr. Narendra Reddy was an stupendous one in the field of orthopedic surgery.
Dr. Narendra was recently recognised by the US-based World Record Academy for performing 10 joint knee replacement surgeries on a single day . Responding to a call given by the Orthopedic Association of India Dr. Narendra performed the joint knee replacement surgeries at GGH, Guntur. Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu also congratulated Dr. Reddy on his achievement.
