Official inspects ration shops

Civil Supplies Commissioner Sanjay Jaju has asked the officials to take necessary measures for hassle-free supply of essential commodities to card holders at public distribution system (PDS) shops.

Mr. Jaju inspected ration shops and supply points in the city on Thursday. He inspected a ration shop at Autonagar Colony and Kusumani Venkata Lakshmi Ganesh shop in Moghalrajpuram and verified the records.

He also inspected shops at Brahmananda Reddy Nagar and Food Corporation of India godowns at Rayanapadu.

District Supply Officer K. Singaiah, Civil Supplies District Manager Sambaiah and others were present.
