City hotel DV Manor came up with a summer special food festival Daawathnama, an ethnic Mughlai cuisine on Sunday.
The hotel’s restaurant Aromas will be offering Mughalai dishes on a special menu for a fortnight, according to Chief Executive Chef Brijesh Thakur. The special dishes include vegetarian dishes Farrukhsiyar Paya Shorba, Noorani Subj Shorba, Paneer Lajeez, Jaffrani Cron Paneer, Nizami Babycorn Paneer, Zamindari Baby Aloo Masala, and Hare Mattar Ka Kofta.
Non vegetarian dishes include Mughlai Methi Murgh, Alamgir Keema Bhartha, Bhuna Wings Nadershah, Mutton Haveli, Rajwada Gosht, Rajasthani Laal Maas, Fish Koliwada, Chilly Ajwain Paratha, and Mughlai Nan.
