The Samaikyandhra Political Students’ JAC will launch a mock search for Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal from the Sub-Collector’s office near PWD Grounds in the city on Tuesday at 11 a.m. to the Fourth Town police station.
JAC convenor Gali Suryanarayana Reddy in a press release on Monday said that the MP had promised to resign and come to Vijayawada to join the Samaikyanadhra movement, but was not be found anywhere in the city.
Novel protest
“To make him come to the city and be with the people he represents, we have embarked on this novel protest in which we will keep asking people en route if they had seen Mr. Lagadapati Rajagopal,” he added.
