Meet on road safety today

As part of the ongoing month-long awareness campaign on road safety and traffic rules launched by the city police, The Hindu in association with Efftronics is organising a meeting with principals and correspondents of schools at Manor Food Plaza on Tikkle Road on Friday. The meeting is schedule to begin at 10.30 a.m.

Commissioner of Police P.S.R. Anjaneyulu, Deputy Commissioner of Police M. Ravindranath Babu, Road Transport Officer Ch.V.K. Subba Rao and others will participate in the interaction session.

The meeting will provide a platform for the officials and the representatives of schools to share their views on road safety, traffic problems and how students could be sensitised to the need to follow rules and so on.
