Lifestyle show begins today

The Hindu Metro Plus Lifestyle Show-2011 is for people, who never compromise on quality, be it the way they lead their life or the products they purchase. Preparations have been completed for the launch of the five-day show of lifestyle products at the sprawling Andhra Loyola College grounds on Thursday at 5 p.m.

An air-conditioned 30,000 sq ft area will turn a shopper's dream come true.

From eco-friendly jute products from the Jute Pavilion to artefacts from Kenya, onyx stones from Karachi , browsing through Samsung electronic goods to getting first-hand information on Volkswagen, Ford, Maruti cars and Yamaha vehicles could be a part of your experience.

The Vijayawada Commissioner of Police N. Madhusudhana Reddy will formally launch the show, hosted for the seventh time by the newspaper organisation. Car parking and entry will be from the Loyola College Auditorium side, the event manager Riaz said.

Yamaha is the co-sponsor of the show while other active associates of the event include Taj Gateway as the hospitality sponsor, Red FM as the radio partner, Hi-tech water as water sponsor and IAds and Events as the event partner.

Leading brands that will showcase their products include Elica, Hindware, Faber, Prestige, Artisans, Samsung, Furniture Point, Cache, Space Craft, Abhi Imports, Agri Gold and Grasim.

An entry fee of Rs. 30 per head will be charged.
