Kiran attends engagement of Nehru’s son

Chief Minister N.Kiran Kumar Reddy along with other VIPs attended the engagement of former Minister Devineni Rajasekhar’s son, Avinash, with Sudheera, daughter of Vijayawada-based businessman Koganti Bapaiah Chowdary, at the A-Convention Hall here on Wednesday.

The Chief Minister, who came in a special aircraft from Visakhapatnam, where he attended the wedding of Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao’s daughter, spent about 45 minutes at the function having an early lunch with Mr. Rajasekhar, Union Minister Daggubati Purandeswari and her husband Venkateswara Rao, Ministers Kasu Krishna Reddy, Kolusu Parthasarathy, AP Official Language Commisson Chairman Mandali Buddha Prasad, MPs Rayapati Sambasiva Rao and Lagadpati Rajagopal, MLAs Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao, Malladi Vishnu and Vellampalli Srinivas, MLC Ilapuram Venkaiah and UDA chairman Vanukuri Srinivas Reddy that was served to them in a separate hall.

Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy blessed the couple.
