Recent trends reveal a decline in the number of candidates entering the civil services from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Concerned over the development, a few retired bureaucrats have joined hands and launched Toppers Civils Academy to place a good number of aspirants in the services.

Academy Chairperson Rachel Chatterjee, who served as Special Chief Secretary to the Government of Andhra Pradesh, says the Academy’s Board has unique composition of civil service members, academics, management and financial experts.

It is one of the empanelled institutes of the Andhra Pradesh government to impart training.

The Academy has faculty such as Prof. Seenaiah and Prof. Anil Kumar Bajpai. It follows proficient methodology in coaching. Interactive sessions with experts, a regular testing system which culminates in full-syllabus mock tests and feedback sessions to address problems or difficulties faced are some of the strengths, she says.

A fully-equipped library with computers and high-speed Internet connectivity, a collection of standard competitive and reference books, magazines and newspapers are some of the added advantages of the Hyderabad-based Academy.

There is no cap on the intake and it imparts training to all candidates referred by the government. For details, contact (040) 27675020/21 or on mobile 8500295020. The candidates can also visit http://www. topperscivils
