Exhibition held on Hudhud cyclone

The Department of Information and Public Relations officials on Friday conducted one-day exhibition on ‘Hudhud cyclone and government’s role in rescue operations’ in Northern Andhra Pradesh at the bus terminus here.

AP State Road Transport Corporation Managing Director J. Purnachandra Rao inaugurated the exhibition and interacted with the officials who were part of the rescue and restoration operations of the Hudhud cyclone.

Preparedness

“The state government has geared up to mitigate the impact of Hudhud cyclone that hit the coast in Visakhapatnam and other Northern Andhra areas. Preparedness measures have helped to avoid human loss”, says Mr. Purnachandra Rao.
